Administrative Assistant Position
This position is for an Administrative Assistant position. The company is an ten person firm located in midtown Manhattan. The position is a part time position supporting the principals and other professionals.
Responsibilities include general office administration including, but not limited to, client interaction, letter and report preparation, basic accounting including payroll tracking, filing, answering telephones.
Requirements:
- 3 years prior relevant support experience in a corporate environment
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access)
- Quickbooks a plus
